WHAT DO WE SELL? OrangeSPace is a flexible renting storage business for individuals and companies. Being flexible means you may rent only the storage space you need, for whatever the duration you wish. WHAT KIND OF STORAGE BOXES MAY I FIND IN ORANGESPACE? We offer several sizes of storage boxes, from lockers and storage rooms to parking spots for motorcycles, cars, recreational vehicles and boats. IS IT SAFE? Yes, security is our main concern and what distinguishes our services from others. In our premises we possess 24/7 CCTV security systems, fire alarm and motion detectors systems, things you will not find in other common storage garages. I NEVER USED AN ORANGESPACE BEFORE, HOW DOES IT WORK? Not to worry, it is quite simple! You may find all the information in our website, like the several types of spaces available to choose from, and select which best suits your needs. If you find what you are looking for you may book online immediately, in order to guarantee your reservation. In case you have any questions, you may also call one of our assistants, who can help you find what you are looking for. WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE RENTAL? You may choose the duration you need with a minimum of 30 days. We only need a 15 days’ prior notice before your intended exit date. IN CASE I NEED A BIGGER BOX, MAY I SWITCH? Yes, and if you intend to increase the available space you already have you may also do so, for as long as we have availability. DO YOU HAVE A PARKING LOT TO UNLOAD THE ITEMS? OrangeSpace has a parking lot and also trolleys to help you carry the items from your car to the storage box. DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE? We have an insurance (300,00€/m2) that protects your belongings, and if you wish you may increase the amount insured for an extra fee. HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK? Payments are due at the beginning of each month by direct debit, ATM number reference or credit card. If you choose direct debit you will benefit from a discount in your monthly fee. THIS SERVICE IS FOR INDIVIDUALS ONLY? Our storage space serves individuals, as well as companies. Companies may use our storage space to keep their stocks (in case of coffee shops or restaurants), to create a physical distribution spot for an online business, to store documents (old archive files), or any other purpose within permitted options. WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY STORAGE BOX? 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Thanks to our security system, you may access your box any time, any day of the week, like you do in your own home or company. For the security of your belongings our premises are closed from 9pm to 7am, but if you wish to access your storage box during that period of time you just need to call our security guard 30 minutes in advance and let us know. DO YOU HELP IN THE MOVE? We do not provide that service, but we may recommend companies that do so from our business partners list (check Business Partners folder) WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE STORAGE? For safety reasons, items like flammable liquids, explosives, fuel, plants, animals, illegal items and perishable items that will decompose at room temperature are not allowed in the storage boxes. |
